Recently arrived in Cuba, the first deputy minister of @CubaMINREX , @GerardoPPortal , who was part of the delegation that accompanied the Prime Minister, @MMarreroCruz, on his official visit to #Russia, valued the importance of the trip for the upward development of bilateral ties.
