Published in the Official Gazette No. 4 Ordinary of 2024, Presidential Decree 711 of 2023, of the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, dictates applying the Code of Ethics of the Cadres of the Cuban Revolution, in the areas state, governmental and administrative.
As part of the strategic tasks related to the prevention and confrontation of corruption, crime, violations and indiscipline, from the
reinforcement of values and legal culture necessary in the construction of our socialist society, it is appropriate to dictate the regulatory standard for the implementation of the Code of Ethics of the Cadres of the Cuban Revolution in the state, governmental and administrative spheres.
