Specialists from Villa Clara Customs and Health and Vegetable Specialists from Abel Santamaría Cuadrado Airport participated in the television space "Special Magazine" of the Telecubanacán Telecentre. In the space, the participants specified on Resolution 213 of 2021 of the General Customs of the Republic, which temporarily authorizes the non-commercial importation by natural persons of the products that they classify as food, medicines and hygiene, that make up accompanied luggage. of passengers, which can be imported without limit of quantities, provided that they are presented to Customs in separate packages from the rest of the products and exempt from payment of customs duties.
The topics addressed highlighted the role and actions of our unit, in order to inform the external public that every passenger who arrives in our country can make use of this flexibility, being one of the measures implemented by the Cuban government and in order to guarantee a service of excellence, the queries or other approaches of the population were clarified.
