Postal and parcel shipments are the responsibility of freight forwarding companies, from the moment they enter the country until they are delivered to the recipients. So people must contact them to find out their location. It is not possible for Customs to inform you by which route you will receive your package, so this information must be provided by whoever contracted the service at origin.
