This February 5, Customs at the "José Martí" International Airport, together with forces from the Ministry of the Interior (MININT), detected an international drug trafficking operation... an excellent gift to celebrate this #60 Socialist Customs.
Vice Chief William Pérez González broke the news early in the morning:
"Did you think we would have our guard down? YOU WERE WRONG! Joint Customs-MININT forces today detected an attempt to traffic DRUG in the Havana Airport. There is no better way to applaud this #60th anniversary of #AduanaSocialista than having the satisfaction of protecting our people in line of duty."
He ended by recalling the ideas of the Apostle when he said that: "The duty must be fulfilled simply and naturally."
