The ordinary edition No. 87 of the Official Gazette of the Republic, which contains Law No. 156, Family Code, is on sale at the Post Office of Cuba and newsstands, at a price of 9.00 pesos.
In compliance with the final provisions of the Family Code -approved by the National Assembly of People's Power-, the rule is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cuba for general knowledge, but it will enter into force only when it is ratified in the Referendum. Popular to be submitted, by constitutional mandate, on September 25.
You can also purchase, at a price of 5.00 pesos, the brochure "To read the new Family Code", which summarizes the fundamental elements of this rule.
They will have the right to vote, as established by the Constitution in electoral processes, all citizens over 16 years of age on the day of the referendum, with the exception of those prevented by the circumstances provided for in the Magna Carta and the Law.
The schedule to exercise the right to vote of each citizen will be between 7 in the morning and 6 in the afternoon and they only have the right to cast a single vote.
