Cuba and Panama restart their collaboration in the literacy program.

Cuba and Panama signed an agreement this Friday that provides continuity in 2025 to the literacy program based on the Caribbean nation's pedagogical method “Yes, I can.”

The document that lays the foundations of the program known as “Move for Panama” was signed in the Ministry of Social Development (Mides) by its owner Beatriz Carles and the ambassador to the isthmus of the largest of the Antilles, Víctor Cairo.
