Cuba and Rwanda strengthen ties in the field of Health

Cuba and Rwanda ratified the common will to strengthen their ties in the field of Health, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the heads of the sector of both countries, José Ángel Portal and Sabin Nsanzimana, respectively. After the signing, which took place this Tuesday in Havana, the Cuban minister assured in X that Rwanda will always be able to count on the largest of the Antilles, in the noble endeavor of providing quality of life to its people.
