Cuba formalizes its adhesion to South Africa's lawsuit against Israel for the genocide in Palestine

The Government of the Republic of Cuba formally delivered before the International Court of Justice at its headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands, the Declaration of intervention in the case “Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip” (South Africa against Israel).

The Declaration was made under Article 63 of the Statute of the Court and it shares the concerns expressed by the Republic of South Africa against Israel for the genocide in Palestine, with the country joining the lawsuit presented by the African nation.
