Miguel Díaz-Canel, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President of the Republic, held a conversation with To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (PCV), regarding the 95 years of that political organization of the Indochinese nation.
As Díaz-Canel highlighted today in X, it was a cordial dialogue in which he congratulated the Vietnamese leader on the anniversary of the PCV, founded on February 3, 1930 by Ho Chi Minh.
“We agreed to continue working tirelessly on the consensus achieved during his visit to Havana,” added the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the PCC.
This Monday, the leader of the Revolution, Army General, Raúl Castro, and Díaz-Canel sent a joint message of congratulations to To Lam, in which they highlighted the role of the PCV in that nation's victories.
