Just days after the General Customs of the Republic (AGR) inaugurated the modern office for real-time operational communication between international airports to counteract organized crime, illicit drug trafficking and prevent terrorism (AIRCOP), its first fruits are evident. As a result of the cohesive work with officers of the José Martí International Airport, an international drug trafficking operation is frustrated.
