The Mercantile Control Customs has continued the incorporation of the entities to the digital processing, currently 122 entities are processing this way, of which 91 carry out direct procedures and 31 carry out procedures through the 5 customs agencies already included in the processing by the VUA. Which represents 8.73% of the 315 companies to incorporate.
To achieve this task, there is a First Customs Officer who performs the function of Coordinator of the Single Customs Window, maintaining contact with importing and/or exporting entities for their training according to the established schedule and their subsequent incorporation into the system.
In the month of March, work has been done to make improvements and changes to the system and monitoring of the correct delivery of complementary documents, for which joint actions were carried out with the General Customs of the Republic.
If progress continues in correspondence with the inclusions achieved, it is estimated that approximately between 10 and 15 entities per month can be incorporated, which would comply by the end of the year with 90% of entities incorporated into the Customs Single Window.
Except in this first moment those entities that carry out transits and those that process from customs of other provinces, which until now do not make digital presentation.
