This #30May at the headquarters of the Central Organ of #CubaCustoms, the event will take place with the national and foreign press media accredited in #Cuba, an event chaired by the Chief of the General Customs of the Republic Nelson Cordoves Reyes and by Vice Chief William Pérez Gonzalez.
With the objective of updating the external public about current customs regulations and the actions that are developed by the institution to guarantee the agile transit of travelers and merchandise through our borders and customs controls. In the same way, the results of the confrontation with illicit drugs and the monitoring of the work with AIRCOP -for the airport sector- and the Global Container Control Program -for containerized cargoes that arrive in the country by sea and air routes- are addressed. .
The newspaper Granma, the Cuban News Agency, Radio Rebelde and Radio Reloj were present for the national press, while representatives of Xinhua, NBC News, BBC News and ZDF News were present on the foreign side.
