Officially inaugurated on the 12th. Congress of the Union of Young Communists: Cuban youth as protagonists The vanguard role of the Union of Young Communists (UJC) in its 63rd anniversary was ratified today, in this capital, by Aylín Álvarez García, first secretary of the National Committee of the UJC, at the official opening of the organization's XII Congress.
