Chief of the Ciego de Ávila Customs receives an outstanding young woman who participated in the historical route "With Fidel through the heights" developed by the National Committee of the Union of Young Communists.
On the afternoon of this #10January, the young customs officer Melissa Martínez Pérez was received in Ciego de Ávila after completing the historic #ConFidelEnLasAlturas route carried out by a group of 65 outstanding young people from all over the country.
She was received by the Head of #CustomsCiegodeÁvila Alberto Pablo Diaz who was accompanied by the young woman's family and co-workers.
During arduous days they visited emblematic places in the history of #Cuba, among them the Comandancia de la Plata, in which they held a dialogue with the president and First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez. After ascending Pico Turquino they arrived in Santiago de Cuba where they were recognized with the "Always Young" seal awarded by the National Committee of the Union of Young Communists of Cuba - UJC
