The president of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, arrived in Cuba in the afternoon of July 20 to make a working visit to our country at the head of a large delegation made up of other leaders of the State Duma and the different committees of this legislative body.
Upon arrival at the “José Martí” international airport in Havana, from Nicaragua, where he participated in the Central Act in Commemoration of the 45th Anniversary of the Sandinista Revolution; The distinguished visitor was received by Rolando González Patricio, president of the International Relations Commission of the Cuban Parliament and president of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (Parlatino); and Jesús Rafael Mora, director of International Relations of the National Assembly.
