The general secretary of the Communist Party and president of Vietnam, To Lam, arrived in Cuba this Wednesday night, to carry out a state visit until September 27.
To Lam was received at the Havana International Airport by Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, and other senior Cuban leaders.
As part of his program in the Caribbean nation, the Vietnamese general secretary and president will hold official talks with the first secretary of the CC-PCC and president of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, as well as with the president of the Council of State and the National Assembly of People's Power, Esteban Lazo Hernández, and the Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz.
