The vice president, Salvador Valdés Mesa, arrived in Antigua and Barbuda at the head of the Cuban delegation that will participate in the IV International Conference of Small Island Developing States. The event brings together high dignitaries every ten years to discuss the priorities and objectives in terms of sustainable development of this specific category of countries, of which Cuba is a part.
