The Customs Single Window Program allows entities that carry out foreign trade operations to submit to customs the documentation and/or information required for the import, export or transit of goods through a single point of entry.

Among the advantages of the Single Window Program are:

Faster cargo clearance and clearance More efficient and cost-effective use of resources More accurate trade statistics

The Mercantile Control Customs assumes the Single Window Program, having as fundamental premises the incorporation of more and more entities to it and the identification of existing problems and/or obstacles that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of this program, all with the objective to achieve greater facilitation, simplification and agility of the services provided by customs, without losing sight of control and compliance with the law.

Today, 88 entities and 4 customs agencies are processing 23 companies between importers and/or exporters. Which represents 35.24% of the 315 companies to incorporate.
