XIX OCALE Congress

The Latin American and Caribbean Continental Organization of Students (OCLAE), founded by Fidel Castro Ruz 56 years ago in Havana as a mobilizing and coordinating body for student anti-imperialist struggles in the region, celebrates its XIX Congress, which will be held in Venezuela, from November 16 to 22, under the slogan From Resistance to Revolution, another America is possible.
