What was previously done through a printed form by travelers, once they arrived at the Cuban air terminals, now constitutes a website where, with time in advance, the user can enter their data and thus optimize the experience in their transit through the services. immigration, health and customs of the Republic of Cuba.
However, the launch of D'Viajeros has raised some doubts in passengers regarding its use, for this reason, the following questions and answers will serve as a guide to use the digital form correctly and easily. It should be noted that not filling out this form does not prevent you from traveling to the Island.

How do I obtain confirmation that my form was successfully completed and what should I show the immigration, health and customs authorities in Cuba?
Once the form is completed, a PDF with the QR code will be sent to you by email, which you must show either on a mobile device or in printed format to the personnel accredited in Cuba.
What would happen in case of taking the aircraft without completing the form in D´Viajeros?
The airlines that operate in Cuba will verify the completion of your form through the QR code that you will show them in print or on your mobile device before boarding the flight. The form tells me that my PCR date is not correct. Why does this happen?
The form accepts as valid the dates of the PCR that have a maximum of 72 hours of having been carried out, with respect to the date of arrival. Example: If you enter in Date of arrival: "February 5", then the days before February 3 and 2 will appear as valid in "PCR Date". The dates of the PCR that exceed 72 hours in correspondence with their arrival in Cuba will not be accepted by the site.

Who should fill out the form?
Any national or foreign person, individually, including children, who enters the Republic of Cuba through Airports, Ports and Marinas.
If you enter the country several times, you must fill out a new form for each arrival.

You must select the option to consult the issued form, enter the application code of the form and the passport number; and can make the necessary changes.
This unique form replaces the International Embarkation and Disembarkation Card, the Customs Declaration Form and the Traveler's Health Affidavit. Now all this information is in one place.
