Cuban President receives the ICAO Secretary General.
 #Cuba recognizes the work of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) based on the development of civil aviation in an orderly and safe manner, said President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez upon receiving this Saturday Juan Carlos Salazar, Secretary General of this specialized agency of the United Nations, created in 1944. In the meeting, where the Minister of Transportation Eduardo Rodríguez Dávila, officials from the Cuban Foreign Ministry and the Cuban Institute of Civil Aeronautics participated, the president ratified Cuba's commitment to the objectives of the organization and thanked the support of the ICAO - International Civil Aviation Organization in terms of cooperation. Cuba is an appreciated and respected member of ICAO, said Juan Carlos Salazar, its secretary general. He thanked Díaz-Canel for the country's cooperation and active participation in the organization.
