Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, leader of the Cuban Revolution, sends a letter of congratulations to the combatants of the Revolutionary Navy on the 60th anniversary of its foundation. Also in the letter the 66 years of the heroic popular armed uprising of Cienfuegos are remembered
