Operation Pedro Pan and the Literacy Campaign in Cuba

Today, Friday, the book "Operation Pedro Pan and the Literacy Campaign in Cuba" was launched. In which testimonies and historical documents are compiled on these two initiatives that marked the history of Cuba and the Cuban community in exile. The event was attended by numerous guests, in addition, the general secretary of the communist youth union of the General Customs of the Republic participated, as well as other young customs officers, the relevance of Operation Pedro Pan and the Literacy Campaign in Cuba as examples of struggle and commitment to freedom and education in the history of Cuba.
