The second edition of the Patria International Colloquium begins this Monday in the Che Guevara Hall of the Casa de las Américas,

with the participation of dozens of international guests and more than 100 Cuban specialists in communication technology, political communication and political art. The event organized by the Union of Cuban Journalists (UPEC) will focus on denouncing the effects of the blockade of The United States against Cuba in the digital space, at the same time that it intends to strengthen the capacities and voice of the peoples in the face of the cultural battle. According to the colloquium program, disinformation and hate speech will be discussed on March 13 and 14. The draft Declaration of the Second International Patria Colloquium will be discussed and presented for approval.
