In the Constitutive Session of the X Legislature of the National Assembly of People's Power, held 62 years after the Victory at Playa Girón, our First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, denounced that " The powerful neighbor continues to be generous with those "borrowed" to destroy the Revolution, and each year allocates tens of millions of dollars to those who offer to subvert the internal order in Cuba, either personally or via the Internet.

Washington trusts in the cruelty of the blockade, in its hate campaigns, in its arsenal of lies, in the use of digital social networks as a weapon of mass extermination against revolutionary values, ideals and principles; in the ignominy of including Cuba on the list of countries that sponsor terrorism to strangle Cuban society and its government, which it tries to isolate and discredit with its fallacious campaign of "failed state."
The same empire that denied us life-saving oxygen during COVID-19, and fueled the violent street riots of the summer of 2021, along with the same terrorist mafia it has paid for for over six decades, now sets out to manufacture an unreal and long-awaited world, through false news, misrepresentation, manipulation and permanent aggression with supposed facts or situations in the virtual space, to denigrate the pillars and revolutionary conquests, including citizen security and internal order, as well as against those who defend it.
