This #18May, an official delegation of the Federal Customs Service of Russia was received at the Central Organ of the General Customs of the Republic.

Headed by Vladimir Ivin Deputy Head of the government agency and Nikolai Rykunov -counselor of the federal service- They were received by Enrique Díaz Rodríguez First Deputy Chief of #CubaCustoms; Nelson Gutierrez Acosta Director of Risk Management and Control; Marlen Enriquez Suarez Director of Customs Technique and Mirta Oliva Enrique representative of the Department of International Relations of our institution. Among the topics discussed was the confrontation with illegal customs officers, the preparation of personnel and especially the canine technique. Participants participated in this event in addition representatives of the Central Bank of Cuba, the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (MINCEX) The visit takes place within the framework of the XX Session of the Intergovernmental Commission for economic-commercial and scientific collaboration- between Russia and Cuba, which is chaired by the Russian Deputy Head of Government, Dmitri Chernyshenko, and the Cuban Deputy Prime Minister and head of Mincex, Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz. Within the framework of this event, a protocol was signed this morning between the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (Mincex), which was signed by Vladimir Ivin, deputy head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, and Ana Teresita González First Vice Minister of MINCEX. The document refers to collaboration, information exchange and mutual assistance in the context of the single system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union.
