Enhance the capacity of customs administrations in developing and least developed countries to address challenges related to COVID-19, other infectious diseases, and disruptive events. Further develop the WCO Guidelines for Customs administrations on disaster management and supply chain continuity and to promote greater involvement of Customs in disaster management.
