CUBA, A NEW STRATEGY FOR AN OLD END

CUBA, UNA NUEVA ESTRATEGIA PARA UN VIEJO FIN

The Internet is and will continue to be a field of military operations. I'm not saying it, the US Government itself declared it. uuu when he created the Special Cyberwar Command. Cuba is also a victim of these lynchings, open and institutionalized by foreign powers; There is the task force or Task force, to influence the Island from digital platforms.

In this context, given the failures and discredit of the traditional counterrevolution, media outlets such as CiberCuba, adn Cuba, Cubanos por el Mundo, Cubita Now, Cubanet, Periodismo de Barrio, El Toque, El Estornudo, YucaByte... emerge on the networks. They line up to discredit the management of the Cuban Government and delegitimize the social system.

A more aggressive speech is no longer enough. For some time now, and copying tactics also applied in Venezuela, they have opted for a direct attack on the currency and openly incited continued destabilizing attempts against the Island. Everything comes from the same plan: intensify the economic war, and then those same platforms blame making the Government ineffective, that is the disloyal war that seeks to destroy the Revolution.

Given this, we must find new ways in discourse and in political work, to be accompanied by popular forces, and achieve deep and cultural transformations that allow progress in progressive processes, and that these are not so sensitive to media attacks.

In social networks, realities are built and in the streets people's representations are influenced and these processes are defended. We must occupy, then, two trenches: against soft blows, there is no better recipe than to take the networks and take to the streets.
