Resolution 175/2022 of the Head of the Customs of Cuba establishes in its annex II the "List of reference values for non-commercial imports carried out by natural persons by any means".
Point out:
-In order to know the reference value of a product, for customs purposes, it is based on the correct identification of this, and then it is searched if the product
is found in this Annex, and if it is referenced, see in which Chapter and Item it is located and the provisions for that Chapter in the Rules are taken into account.
Specifics that apply to you.
-The value of the products is referred to units of measurement by quantity (Unit, set, kit, coil or reel), weight (kilogram), dimensions (meter, square meter) and volume (liter, cubic meter).
In the case of power plants, their referential value is:
-200 USD for power plants with a power of up to 900 watts.
-500 USD for power plants of power greater than 900 watts and less than 1500 watts.
-950 USD for power plants with power greater than 1,500 watts and less than 15,000 watts.
